Morningside School is a newer addition to the Project Zulu partnership from the Dundee area of Kwazulu-Natal. Based in a rural setting surrounded by sparsely populated, traditional Zulu and contemporary dwellings.
This unique school is split between two sites, the primary grades at one and the senior grades at the other. Project Zulu has been working with Morningside since 2018 on a reading recovery project to support the teaching of English reading, a mathematics teaching and learning programme with UWE Bristol Education academics and through UWE Education student placements. We’re delighted to be in partnership with Morningside.
