Enyanyeni Combined School

Enyanyeni School, located outside Dundee is unique in many ways, not least because of its isolated rural location and its small multi-grade classes.

Since the beginning of the partnership with Project Zulu when UWE students developed a library, Enyanyeni has been passionate about developing reading and language skills in their students and ensuring students have access to a wide variety of books for study and recreational purposes. The library has been added to through various UWE student teams and remains a great source of joy for teachers and students alike in and out of lessons. Internet installation in partnership with Project Zulu in 2023 significantly changed the teaching and learning resources which could be accessed for this rural farm school. 

We value Enyanyeni a great deal as friends and partners of Project Zulu.
